I had such a relaxing time at Grand Palladium. This resort is the definition of luxury. It was big, beach was soft, room cleaned daily, staff very friendly and accommodating. I can’t wait to visit again. The pool was a little dirty but that’s nothing that can’t be fixed.

The rooms were immaculate and well kept. Most of the staff was kind and professional. Courteous. I saw plenty amenities provided for young children. Although I didn't have any children of my own there. Breakfast was excellent, especially at the Blue lagoon. The bathrooms on property were exceptionally well kept and clean continuously.

There was an issue with the AC in our building, and they were gracious enough to move rooms for the night, then back to our original room the following morning.
