I ended up staying at Secrets Wild Orchids but it’s on the same beautiful ground. It was my first time visiting Jamaica and I made the right choice staying at Secrets. I was skeptical since I never been to Jamaica and never stayed at a Secrets. It was EXCELLENT. It was safe with the security and their practices, it was clean, the staff was awesome they were attentive, helpful, respectful and very friendly, from the time I arrived until the time I left. I was shocked when some of them even remembered our Names! It was only our 2nd day. The Spa was the greatest out of any I’ve ever been to, the facility was amazing. The food was delicious at ALL of the restaurants. The swim up bar was nice but when I saw the bar with swings as seats, I was in awe. I love that they have local retailers set up on the Resort so you can shop authentic goods without leaving. The live entertainment they had when I was there was PERFECT God knows how much I love Bob Marley and one of the nights I was there the performer couldn’t have been more like him in looks, sound and how he interacted with the crowd. The beach was breathtaking and has an awesome view of the mountains. If you’ve never stepped a foot in Jamaican waters that ALONE is a reason to visit. If you can book a swimout you absolutely must. Only having the computer to rely on in choosing my room was scary but when I saw that option I knew I wasn’t booking if I couldn’t book that room and let me tell you it’s A MUST! I can’t wait to go back!
