Overall the property was okay but the rooms have mold in them . I had to change one and the second room was just as bad . It is bad for health . Please have it addressed . The air conditioner needs to be running even when the room is not occupied.

Food was not great, service terrible and we did not have warm or hot water in bath or shower for entire stay - never again will I use expedia or stay at this property in my life. Now awaiting refund on 2 nights signed by property mgr and they are giving us a really hard time on that - fraud level type situation as we have a signed document on the refund.

Don't stay here!
My stay was horrible at the Royalton Negril from the moment of check in with attitudes from staff, being very disorganized, the lies they told, low water pressure, no hot water, issues with key to get in room, issues with my door not closing, being questioned about have resort credit, no robes in rooms, dirty spots on the floor, horrible housekeeping, rolling black outs at the resort, slow room service,etc.. Several of my family members addressed their concerns throughout our stay with supervisors, but it wasn't until our last night when I had to talk with the manager of guest services to really express my dissatisfaction. I will never come back to Jamaica or this resort.

Great friendly staff and awesome vibe team . Food was good, drinks were good . Bartenders and service staff excellent . I don’t remember all their names but everyone we encountered should be getting raises ! The room was nice and cleaned excellently every day. The swim out pool was a little too cold for me but if you run hot you’ll love it .
