A magical environment. So serene and beautiful. The grounds are impeccably clean, trees and lawn manicured perfectly. The staff were extremely pleasant and attentive. Meals and drinks at the La Frida restaurant delicious! The room was lovely, and the bed was the most comfortable we have slept on. Wishing we could have stayed longer, however left us with a memory we will treasure 😊

We had stayed here before and enjoyed the lovely property and great restaurant. However this time the pool was very cloudy and water not very inviting. They also were not able to arrange transportation to the airport for us. Gave us a flyer on a town car rental. If you don't speak much Spanish, this is difficult to navigate.

Great hotel in general, but for such an expensive hotel it was disappointing that the two outdoor jacuzzis were not working. We had to point this out to the staff who were unaware of the issue. It was not fixed whilst we were there, nor where we given an appology, which was unfortunate.

Habitación impecable, muy limpia. 10/10. El desayuno incluido estuvo delicioso y con muy buenas opciones. El personal fue amable en todo momento. Como única observación, en el área de la alberca considero que podrían estar un poco más atentos, ya que en varias ocasiones fue necesario llamarlos para recibir servicio. En general, tuve una muy buena experiencia y sin duda es un lugar que recomendaría.

El SPA es en definitiva es lo mejor del hotel, las instalaciones, los servicios, la atención del personal 10 de 10, excelente relación calidad - precio. En cuanto al hotel, tengo una opinión diferente, el precio lo considero alto por lo que recibes. Si es "boutique" porque la habitación estaba decorada muy bonita y acogedora, pero nada más. La alberca del hotel muy sencilla (esta muchísimo mejor la del SPA) mi hospedaje incluí desayuno americano, bastante sencillo limitado a 2 blanquillos por persona! deberían de incluir el desayuno buffet! eso mejoraría la impresión de "consentir" a tus huéspedes. EL restaruante raíces, dificilmente regresamos, comimos birria que estuvo saladísima, chamorro de cerdo seco y duro. Si regresaré, pero al SPA únicamente.
