The room was clean and modern. The staff was fabulous. I asked about several things - Places to eat, train schedules, etc - The staff was eager to provide help and hey always had a smile on their faces. It was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had and I would stay there again in the future. A special shout out to Wilhelm from the restaurant who went out of his way to survey other staff on the best place to get waffles in Bruges.
