Very cute, great vibe! Very friendly and helpful front desk staff(front desk is the bar!) Our only complaint was the paper thin walls. We could hear the people next to us talking as if they were almost in our room! Bathroom and bedroom were cozy (tiny) but we loved it!

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very cute. Yes there are stairs, but this is indicated on the website and was not a problem for us. It was a little warm the last two days of our trip, the fans in the room helped greatly. The only thing I would suggest is additional wall hooks or shelves in the rooms to put bookbags/toiletries. I would recommend this hotel to people going to Amsterdam.
