A great place to stay for a trip to York. Only a 15 minute walk from the centre of York. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was nice, clean and well-appointed. Parking at £18 per night felt a little expensive but we were able to drop our car ahead of checking in so made the most of our parking charge! Would recommend a stay at the Churchill.

Every staff member was very friendly and always said morning or hello when seeing us. Although parking is expensive, it is a lot cheaper in comparison to everywhere else in York. Our room was stylish and clean, however was boiling even with the fan from the wardrobe and with the window open each night, couldn't have imagined staying there during the heatwave.
