The hotel itself was lovely. Would recommend having a pizza outside it was amazing. Staff are helpful. Rooms clean tidy everything you needed. My only one thing was no Aircon. We did have one fan room was stuffy, requested another which they were not able to give us. Went into town and bought handheld fans which we were able to put on the side tables

The steak was cooked to perfection and was very good, however, the sides that it came with were a little underwhelming, standard fried chips, more like french fries and watercress! A lovely place to stay within easy walking distance of the city. Staff were polite and efficient. Rooms were warm and spotlessly clean. The shower was wonderful except for the slipperiness of the floor which would have benefited from a non slip mat. I have recently broken my wrist so would have benefited from a grab rail too
