Hotel is in a prime position near the harbourside, the staff are always very welcoming and helpful and the rooms spacious, clean and include nice toiletries in their modern bathrooms. On site parking is very welcome and £19 for 24 hours (sometimes longer) very good. Would happily recommend.

Great experience, me & my wife are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary, we had been out all day ,upon arriving back at our room ,the staff had laid out 2x kissing swans ,loads of rose petals & even a couple of cakes on a long plate with happy anniversary writing in chocolate,,great place ,would definitely recommend

8/10 Very good

The hotel is ideally located and was a great base for my stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with an excellent shower and a very comfortable bed. The scent the hotel uses in the lobby is amazing. Parking was straightforward and conveniently located underneath the hotel. The only downside was the breakfast, which felt expensive for a fairly basic buffet, especially when there are better-value options available locally. Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel, but I would recommend eating breakfast elsewhere.

We stayed in the deluxe family room. It was a really good size and was very clean. Inside the room was very quiet we had no disturbances at all. The Hotel is in a fantastic location for visiting all the sites within Bristol and very easy to get to

This was a delightful venue next to the Cathedral and opposite College Green. The harbour side is within walking distance. We received a complementary bottle of sparkling wine with this booking after notifying reception. We also were given free overnight parking, Thank you. We enjoyed a top quality buffet style breakfast.

Good service. Breakfast ad Miller Carter (marriott) was very average. Expected a better selection. Room was clean but outdated- especially bathroom. Location was excellent

8/10 Very good

It was a lovely hotel the staff were so very helpful snd it was duper central. The only problem we had was the noise on Saturday night, lots of sirens and partying. I guess that’s the price you pay for being the centre off it all..

Room is tidy and clean despite it’s a pet friendly hotel. The tiny car park is a big challenge if your car is not a type of Fiat 500. I spent almost half an hour to find a suitable space for my SUV.
