==> CAYMAN TRAVEL UPDATE <==
The Cayman Islands have removed all COVID-related travel restrictions.
Travelers are no longer required to obtain approval from Travel Cayman or provide proof of vaccination.
Direct flights across all major airlines are now departing regularly from gateway cities across the US and Canada. A passport is required for all members of your group for travel and arrival into Cayman. Some passports may require a visa.
The Cayman Islands are now fully re-open for all travelers heading into the holiday travel season.
Ocean Kai is built on the oceanfront along a sandy ridge in Cayman Kai. Spanning over 5,500 square feet of vaulted living space and an open design, Ocean Kai sleeps 12 guests across 6 bedroom suites.
Upon entering the great room there is an immediate "wow factor" as your eyes take in the ocean views through a wall of glass doors and windows looking out over the pool deck.
The open living area has a cathedral ceiling accentuating the home’s size and grandeur. A mezzanine loft with a glass railing serves as a media room and has an oceanfront windowed dormer with outstanding ocean views.
A full-width, oceanfront shaded veranda overlooks a 38-foot private pool with steps leading down to your own sandy beach. The veranda is furnished with plush sectional seating and an outdoor dining area.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Queen owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to weather. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency in recent years. Although sargassum is an unsightly nuisance, it is largely seasonal in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around mother nature.
