Immensely convenient surroundings. We're situated on Therry St, only a 2-5min walk to Queen Victoria Market, RMIT or Melbourne Central station with access to everything all under the one roof.

You're only a short stroll away from QV, Emporium, Myer, David Jones, Chinatown, Swanston St and more.

Great boutique bars, cafes and attractions around the area.

Getting Around:

Easy. Surrounded by trams, cabs, buses & trains, it makes getting in, out & around the city extremely convenient.

If you're not a fan of walking, there is a tram stop at the corner of Elizabeth & Therry St, just a 2min walk away from us.


importantly, all trams within the city grid are FREE. Just look out for the "FREE tram zone" signs.

No problems hitching a cab or getting on a bus on Elizabeth St if you would like to head out of the city.

If you plan to take a train, the Melbourne Central railway station is just a 5min walk away from us.

If you drive, the nearest paid parking lot is available at “58 Franklin Street

Melbourne VIC 3000” just 4min walk from us. Alternatively you may look online for other suitable parking options.

If you just need to park your car temporarily for an hour or so, then you may observe the paid street parking signs around us.

This is a private unit ALL TO YOURSELF and you WON'T be sharing this with any strangers during your stay.

The "INSTANT-BOOK" function is enabled so you may instantly book the place if the dates you want are available.

Please be sure to notify us of your arrival times so that we can hand the keys to you personally.

This pad accommodates 4 adults generously but a max of 5 overnight at no extra charge.

The sleeping arrangement for the 5th adult would be on a 5-seater sofa chaise set with extra quilts, pillows, sheets & covers.

Interaction with Guests:

I only interact with guests via AirBnb, What'sApp, Email, SMS or Mobile when necessary. Rest assured, my response time is pretty much instant.

I will not be present at this property during your stay.

A representative will be assigned to check you in in person.

The apartment unit will be vacant (Furnished of course along with the amenities) and it's a private self-contained fully serviced unit ALL TO YOURSELF. You WON'T be sharing it with any strangers during your stay.
