Just Ok
Overall stay was Ok. Friendly front desk clerk made our check-in a breeze. The room (with the kitchenette) was spacious and quite when all of the windows were closed. Parking was available and reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was good. However, the room wasn't that clean and the sheet had never been changed during our stay - obviously, housekeeper need some retraining. Furniture were worn and very uncomfortable to sit. I had to correct the receptionist at the front desk three times about the final bill when checking out, and was shocked by the level of professionalism and efficiency.

Nice hotel but room cleanliness needs work
Good experience but the room (306) was right beside a Plant Room and the noise from the motor was very loud & disconcerting. Very disrupted sleep. Perhaps some investment in soundproofing the plant room would help. Reception moved us the next morning at our request. Another concern was the toilet brush was not sanitary as well as pink mould & soap scum in the shower and the bed was poorly made after our nights rest. The housemaids could do with some retraining to up their game. Otherwise we would stay again as was good value and staff were friendly.

Hidden gem
This apartment hotel has the complete package - clean rooms, food & bar, free Wi-fi, exercise facilities, and parking. Located off the main street, it also is quieter than many CBD hotels. And it is close to public transport, shopping, and other amenities.
