Love this hotel and location. The only downside was they took away the mini fridges from the rooms, but the hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe of Thai hotel is welcoming and inviting. I would recommend staying here if you’re looking to explore NYC as it’s right next to the subway and super close to PABT and Time Square.

Very good hotel in a perfect place - right next to the Times Square. The dining is quite expensive even though you get 20$ per day for spening (we didn't use it). Gym was good - my daghters used it for a couple of times. Staff was helpful.

It was really the perfect location for our plans. I was also impressed at just how large the room was for a NYC hotel room. The resort fee of $40 paid for itself with three vouchers for the Natural History Museum and $20 food/beverage credit at the hotel restaurant. Staff were super helpful and kind and even gave my daughter a Westin Times Square keychain when we checked out. Nice touch! Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel had a great location near Times Square for our Broadway focused trip. The staff was helpful with our check in, storing luggage on the front end and back end. The front door staff was helpful with transportation questions. We would highly recommend this hotel to others traveling to NYC!
