Great all around hotel
Staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Will stay there again when we visit NY. Great experienced.

Beautiful hotel, great location.
I visited on business. I originally got a room on the second floor which was tiny. There was no chair in the room, only a stool. I had lots of business meetings over my computer, so this was uncomfortable. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they upgraded me to a room on the 5th floor. It was just a little bit bigger, but made all the difference. Wood floor instead of carpeting. Chair and desk instead of stool. Nice shower instead of tub. The second room was perfect, and I had a beautiful stay there. Thank you! She breakfast isn’t complimentary, as that would have been appreciated.

Don't get the King Bed rooms!
The first room they booked us in was a King Deluxe. However, the room was flooded due to a stream of water coming out of the air conditioner. This room also had a Cloth Closet blocking where the window would be, so there was just a little slit for a window. They then moved us to another room, but it was an interior room where the window was on one of this little air vents. So even though it was a bright and sunny day, it felt like it was night time in our room. We then asked if we could be transferred to room with a full size window that was facing outward. As it turns out only the cheaper rooms (full size beds I think) are on the outside (noise?), and they were all booked up. We ended up switching hotels as the rooms at this place are just too depressing. Also, note that the A/C in our room was "funky". It would get super cold in the room and then it would get really hot. So all night we were alternating between freezing and boiling. Terrible sleep.

wouldn't stay again
nice room design/aesthetic, but that's it. Stains on sheets, $8 for lukewarm coffee, i informed front desk my AC filter needed to be changed, it never was. The price of my stay did not reflect the quality i experienced. I wouldn't stay here again.
