Outstanding vacation hotel!
Room was large, clean & very comfortable. Service was excellent- both housekeepers & front desk. Helped us arrange private car transport from hotel to LaGuardia airport which was MUCH BETTER and cheaper than taxis given gridlocked traffic conditions from UN being in session. And location was ideal. Fabulous nearby restaurants & Grand Central only2 blocks away. Loved it.

Fantastic stay
Absolutely loved staying at the Renwick! It was clean, centrally located, the staff was so friendly and helpful, and it was SUPER quiet. Walking distance from Grand Central which was so convenient. Travelled with friend and we both felt safe in the neighborhood as young women traveling together. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend!!

US Open 2023
Perfect location for us as we were here to attend the US Open and wanted to be close to Grand Central Station. This could hardly be closer and more convenient. Staff was extremely helpful. Room was small but clean. Two issues we had were that the bed was very soft and the AC very noisy. We had to shut down the AC to be able to sleep. Beds should be more firm. I don’t think that there are many guests who enjoy sinking into a very soft mattress.

Overall our stay for a family of 4 was very good. An older building so elevator was quite small, rather noisy at night as windows did not muffle much (we were on 16th floor) and the washroom was all-in-one so that only one person could use the sink, toilet and shower at a time. Location was good as very close to: Grand Central Terminal so can access the subway to virtually anywhere, including JFK, 5th Avenue, Rockefeller Plaza, Empire State Building. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you can look past the older building and tightness of the space, it is overall very good

Great location, great service
Great hotel with close proximity to core sightseeing and transit in NYC. From the moment I arrived I was greeted cheerfully, bags handled and room was ready to go. My only concern is my room had shower curtains instead of door, this however is a preference so not a major concern. My favourite part was waking up to the excellent views of the NYC skyline.
