Our favorite ski condo.
Great location close to everything. Shuttle ran frequently and drivers were friendly. Unit was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed to cook and relax. Heated pool and hot tub were great. Would definitely stay here again if in Steamboat.

Would definitely stay at EagleRidge Lodge again. Comfortable home away from home. All the amenities make it great….. full kitchen, electric fireplace, humidifiers, washer/dryer, pool/hot tub, ski equipment lockers and the shuttle. More than comfortable. (2 bedroom/2 bath)

We loved our stay at Eagleridge. Hot tea, coffee, cocoa 24:7. Vacasa shuttle every 10-15 mins w very friendly driver Elvis. We walked home for lunch from slopes a couple of days and walked home after dropping skis at Christy sports rental. Fabulous grocery and wine store short walk at wild plum in high mark. Unit was exactly as pictured with fully stocked kitchen plates, pans, utensils, drink ware. Fireplace was great. Would do over in a minute. The staff was fantastic

Stayed here last week-end 1/24-1/25/25. Initially received a key to the wrong room. Unknown to us, we unpacked, went skiing, and went to the hot tub. Later in the day when staff realized what had happened they were very prompt, courteous and efficient in correcting the problem. I'm sure it was an awkward situation for all but the management staff and other staff made it as smooth as could be. Nice work! Would definitely stay here again. Clean, great shuttle service and well maintained.

Location for WinterWonderGrass couldn’t be much better. Only complaint from me regarding this property was that the swimming pool wasn’t warm enough. Hot tub did the trick though.

Best accommodations in Steamboat
The staff was fantastic and added to the pleasantness of our trip. The condo was spacious and well appointed. Plenty of towels and kitchen stuff. also, washer dryer, and really close to skiing. You can walk to it or take free shuttle. Concierge called ahead to make sure we didn’t have questions or need reservations. Just fabulous.

Excellent location!
Beautiful resort very close to everything. It was easy to find places to eat and things to do. Eleysia at the front desk was very friendly and helped us plan a few things to do. The room itself was really nice and well kept. Only complaint was it was a little warm in the room and freezing in the hallways!

Called the night before arrival to make sure there would be no issues, and was told staff at desk untik 10 pm. Arrived before 8 to find staff long gone. The package left for us in a lockbox did not have room keys,

Eagle Ridge Lodge Recommendation
We had a great stay at Eagle Ridge! The condo was spacious and very nice! We enjoyed the Steamboat roller coaster the Maverick, the kids had a blast on that! The pool was large and fun. We would definately recommend this as a great destination!

We had a great stay at EagleRidge Lodge and Townhomes in Steamboat Springs. We were there for a few days at the end of August. It’s located in the ski area (gondola close by) and super convenient. We especially loved the pool which seemed to be in a secret garden! It was lovely and peaceful and there’s a separate area with two hot tubs for adults only. We had the whole pool area to ourselves, but i’m Sure it’s busier early in the summer. Staff were very nice and helpful. The apartment had only one window, so was pretty dark. We had a one bedroom which is probably the smallest type of unit. I noticed that others had balconies and probably more light. That said, we really enjoyed our stay and it was a good value.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very noisy, right above front door and next to the elevator. Heard every car and person pull up to front door. No A/C in room, so we had to open the window. Unable to relax and sleep with the noise. It looks like other rooms in the complex would be much quieter.

Unbelievably bad
When arriving we were locked out and had to call security to get to our room. The next morning we were given a free upgrade to our room. Upon moving to our new room we discovered none of the beds had any bedding. After asking 3 times for proper bedding, we finally got some. The maintenance manager walked into our room without announcing himself or knocking when I was not dressed properly. We discovered the room was not cleaned after former guest. The hotel decided to run multiple fire alarm siren test in our room for an hour and a half straight. We were in the process of running a load of laundry in the wash machine that was in our room, when all of a sudden water came pouring from the bottom of the machine flooding the room. This was our honeymoon that we went here for and it was an epic disaster. Every day of our stay was a new problem. In there defense, they did give us a 100 dollar Visa card, and a free nights stay for in the future. Please use this hotel at your own risk. You might be better off staying elsewhere in Steamboat than here.
