Front desk employee needs to be fired
In terms of parking, the lot is small and people were taking up multiple spots for their cars due to the lines being hidden because of the snow. I was instructed to take over a disabled parking spot, which is not a kind thing to do for people who need it the most. And in terms of checking in, the guy at the front desk was very unpleasant and demeaning. His instructions (how to fill out the forms, how to get to the room, how to use the tv, etc) were extremely condescending.

I’d staff here again for a lower rate.
Very clean. Friendly staff. Time to give up on the towels. Tons of long threads hanging from towels. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a smaller hotel room. They need to work on the doors. Heard everyone’s doors slamming half the night. No smoking but could definitely smell pot in the hallway. Overall good but definitely not worth the $300 I paid.
