We liked the scale of the property, and regret not spending more time exploring all that there was to do there. Granby is nearby in case you need to make a short run into town to get any supplies you may need. All the staff was great and helpful. Will certainly return again!

The staff were fantastic! They went above and beyond to make sure my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. There was so much to do on the YMCA property. Future guests, definitely check out Rocky Mountain Staples and Nordic Center! My only complaint is that the lodge was not sound proof and the heater was barely working. Other than that, it was an exceptional stay.

So many activities to choose from!
We came to ski, but ended up staying on the resort property to do all the fun things offered there instead since the weather was rough! 😅 all the people who were working were very friendly, and did a great job!

I liked the hotel, because it was very quiet, clean, and close to cross country skiing. The staff were super nice too.
It would have been nice if the hot water had been hotter. Showers were a little cold

YMCA has a lot of activities for the family, and it is an affordable option if you want to go skiing. The breakfast is unbelievable. Specially to fuel before skiing.

Our stay was fine for the price, the room wasn’t terrible. The toilet did leak/run for prolonged periods. And we could clearly hear kids running around in the room above us at 6:30am. One of the biggest bummers was that the pool (which was only open from 6 to 8pm on the night of our stay…with a 6pm room check in) had reached max capacity. they were turning away many families, and you could add your name to a waitlist but by the time we got back they were at capacity again. so don’t count on that.

Overall, it was a positive experience; however, I would appreciate an increase in the duration of our stay.

Affordable place to stay. Variety of free and paid activities to do. Friendly staff. Great location. Only one thing we don’t like is that our room seems to be underneath the wooden stairs and common area upstairs so very noisy when people walking. Will definitely come back!
