Room had an efficient layout. Temperature control was much appreciated. Water temperature and pressure were good. Staff were friendly. The buffet-style breakfast with option for made-to-order eggs, pancakes, etc. was a good value. Looking forward to discovering Vincci Alfama properties in other cities.

We booked a last minute package and did not expect that we would be staying in a nice boutique hotel with very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Thank you Fabio and Riu and Veto for making our stay comfortable and memorable. (I hope got their names right).

Great location for discovering the local area. Really helpful concierge with tips on how to travel and ideas for restaurants and things to do. Also informed me that where I was heading was closed so I knew in advance. Very clean and tidy room with great shower and facilities. Breakfast delicious omelettes and a good spread of continental options.

8/10 Very good

Clean room, professional staff. Room was a bit noisy from passing tram—bring earplugs—but otherwise no issues. Appreciated the welcome champagne on arrival.
