4/10 Fair

The staff was helpful and nice. However the room was not properly cleaned. One of the pillowcases had stains, and the surfaces had coffee stains. Our TV screen was broken and scratched, and the fireplace was not working. I wouldn't recommend this property to stay at.

The Hotel was clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Very convenient location. Love how the renovations acknowledge the history of the Inn and inform the guests of that history. Bit of a challenge getting luggage from back parking lot into hotel.
