The reception staff were lovely. The room (211) was overlooking fans on a roof that kept us awake for ages due to the noise. The room was beautiful but far too hot, even with all the heating off.

A few days in Liverpool.
Hope Street Hotel is a lovely centrally located hotel. Perfect for a couple of days stay. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and there are two restaurants associated with it.

Get place to stay
Everyone was really professional, helpful and friendly. Our room and bathroom were very spacious comfortable and spotlessly clean.
The tea and coffee selection were very good as were the bathoom products.
We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Liverpool.

The delightful staff made me know i was back in Liverpool. They were so friendly snd helpful.We have stayed here before but not since the downstairs areas have been opened up .It looks very good. We enjoyed our dinner for 11 of us on the first night , good food and our room was clean with a comfortable bed and spacious .

The hotel is close but due to the location noise is not an issue
