Enjoyed a 2 night stay in the hotel whilst visiting Bristol. Excellent location, very comfortable room which had a nice view over the harbour. Staff were very friendly. If room window is open at night there was a bit of noise from the bars across the harbour, but not too intrusive and wouldn't put me off returning. Would definitely recommend.

I was very impressed with price for great room and breakfast. Was central to all the walking we wanted to do. Following a Mystery Guide puzzle walk, then comedy magic at Smoke & Mirrors, then great food at the Himalayan, then 3 hours busy at SS Great Britain dockyard Hotel Bristil was perfect location for our stay. Would happily use again

Stayed in this hotel many years ago. It's ideally located, clean, responsive and helpful staff. Well positioned for next door carparking. Quality place to stay, it's a little tired in a few places, but that's being a bit picky. Very worthwhile using this hotel.

Great hotel , room very clean and so was the hotel. Staff were attentive. The breakfast was not as good as I’d expect from a 4star hotel. Breakfast was not piping hot, the black pudding was yuck. Hotel needs to buy Bury black pudding The car park is very expensive @£19 per day. Overall I’d stay again

1 night stay for a wedding - Great location in the centre of Bristol with a 24 hour multi story carpark next store. Well presented hotel, and staff were very friendly. Room was nice with all expected amenities. Bar was a tad pricey but nice decor. Unfortunately I missed breakfast as got carried away at said wedding but I heard it was great. Would return.

Lovely, quiet and spacious room on the 6th floor. Really friendly and welcoming staff. Excellent parking adjacent to the hotel, safe and secure with no access unless you put in your registration so extra peace of mind if you need to drive - £19 per day but not bad for this level of security in a city centre imo.
