10/10 Exceptional

The front-desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. When my partner and I both came down with bad colds, we asked for a short extension on our check-out. After the receptionist made a brief check on the hotel schedule, we were given even more time than we had requested, which was immensely appreciated. In addition, everything was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

We had a short 1-night stay and the Hotel fully met our needs. We had a very spacious junior suite with a very comfortable bed, so had a great night's sleep. The hotel is well positioned just a short walk from Plazza Mayor and the Cathedrals.

10/10 Exceptional

Generous-sized rooms in this well maintained city hotel. Quiet despite its proximity to the centre, this is an excellent place to stay. The underground car park is accessed by driving your vehicle into an elevator, so not recommended if you have a very large car. Great breakfast selection, too.
