Hotel is super cute and great location but the walls are SO THIN. We literally heard every single person walking down the hall as if they were right inside our room. The bathrooms were dated and pretty small as well. The coffee station was lovely and the staff was very nice!

We had an amazing stay at the Sohotel. The room was very clean, the bathroom was updated with great shampoo/conditioner/body wash, the lobby had such a moody & cool vibe & smelled amazing, the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the coffee was delicious. The location could not have been more perfect. We drove and the parking lot they recommended was right down the street. We will definitely stay again!!!

Very cool old building with several small lobbies to sit. Room was a good size for NY, with shelves and hanging for clothing. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Good subway access. Be aware there is no elevator so lots of stairs unless on the ground floor. Not for those with mobility issues.

The staff was amazing. The employees have exemplary customer service. This hotel is well maintained and extremely clean. The only drawback is that, because it is a historical landmark, it does not have an elevator. Other than that, I would still recommend this hotel. It is a five-minute walk from the Grand Stop Metro Station. It is centrally located in the heart of Chinatown.
