I booked and paid for this hotel over a month ago. Upon check-in (which was at 4, but the room wasn’t ready until 5), I was told the room was not paid for and was charged almost double. The staff would not help until I pulled up an email and bank statement showing it had been paid. The manager apologized and said she would remove the resort fees. I was still charged the resort fees. Although the property is beautiful, I killed 8 roaches in our room during our 3 day trip. I was double charged for dinner and was told to email to try to get a reimbursement. I ordered pizza the last night and waited an hour to be told our order was accidentally given to someone else. I’m not usually one to complain, but everything that happened on this trip was unacceptable for a Hilton hotel. We will not return.

First got there front desk told us we had to wait for the room itwasnt ready. Came back 2 hrs later we still had to wait. Ask for a balcony the only view was a huge palm tree covering the whole view. Then found a huge roach on the counter by the coffee maker. Not the best experience!

The property is beautiful and the staff was very nice. The only issue I had was with my room. If and when you book make sure you have a balcony room if paid for before entering the room or you won’t be able to switch. They were nice enough to refund my resort fees, but a balcony would have been better.

Nice staff overall stay could have been better considering it being a “Hilton Resort” everything seemed outdated the rooms were very dark the TV is on the opposite of the bed making it difficult to watch our bathroom sink would hold water in it each time we washed our hands or tried to use it and take forever to go down we were glad it was only for one night definitely a let down based on the pictures in our opinion our room was 9113 area wise nice area.

Staff was extremely friendly. Shuttle to Aquatica and SeaWorld was nice but only a few times available and you must sign up for them and get a ticket. I would definitely stay again.
