Short stay
It was actually not bad but I have to admit that the first impression is not the expected one. The hotel itself really needs renovation, mostly when looking at the stairs and it’s floors, looking kind of creepy. The room was not bad at all, very clean and well furnished, if I really have to be picky the only thing missing was a shelf in the shower where to put the shampoo, as the shower was small it’s quite uncomfortable, anyway, let’s be honest, I was not in the room all the time so, if you plan a short stay, it’s worth it, a bunch of restaurants not far, underground station in 1min walk or 30 min till Sacré cœur (Montmartre), where I went for my breakfast. Would maybe only come back for his practical aspect. Would give an average note.

Nice hotel, great location, small room
The train was right around the corner from the hotel. The staff was very helpful. My only complaint was that the room was extremely small. Fit for one person. It was a room with a bathroom. No walking space. There were plenty of restaurants near by and different transportation available.

not worth it
i was only in paris for 3 days and 2 nites, and was told that this hotel was 66 dollars each nite but then i got my bill and the second nite was like 100 and the place was very small and i was told it was close to all the attractions and i had to walk a very long way to get to things and the whole place was on a slant, it was crooked, and there was no hot water at all, so i never got to tke a shower, i told the manager about it and he said let it run for a while, so i did and nothing changed, the mattress did not have a total coverage protector on it so i was suspicious of bugs , so i never laid on the sheets directly . i was out of the room most of the time luckily but it was not comfortable at all when i was in it, sorry but i tell it like it is, for the price it was not worth it. after two days of this , i spent less than 98 dollars and stayed at a first class hotel in frankfurt, paris is dirty and overpriced for the cramped space

Not great
I found the service to be somewhat rude and unwelcoming. The room was spacious for Paris and seemed clean enough, though there was mold on the windowpanes and the wallpaper was beginning to peel. The bathroom was awkwardly arranged and there was no outlet to use my travel hairdryer. It is fine, but I have stayed in better hotels in the 9th for the same price.

Bugs in the bed!!
Omg. So bad. I paid around $800 for two nights and sleep with bugs in my bed. It was terrible experience for me.

Place was solid for traveling in Paris. Daniel at the front desk was great in helping navigate around. There were some additional unanticipated costs which were upsetting at checkout, especially the breakfast. We were not told about a fee, or an additional daily fee and then had to pay appx. 70 euro at checkout. Do not get the breakfast, it is bread and coffee for 12 euro per person, way overpriced. Other than that though, for an air conditioned room with space for 2 comfortably, it’s one of the better options in the city.
