The Embassy Suites in Chicago was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the amenities were above what we expected. I would say, the secondary elevator to the rooms wasn't working and the pool could have been checked more often for cleanliness, especially after the reception since people were taking food there to eat. Overall, it was a great hotel that we will be staying at again.

This hotel was a perfect choice, clean, great area for beach, Navy Pier, stores and places to eat. The breakfast was amazing but needed trays to carry food and drinks, it was too much walking back and forth to table getting everything we needed. The staff was amazing and housekeeping came everyday. The things I didn't like was parking ($69 a night), deposit to stay was $500 plus $25 a day per person. These were unexpected charges for me but got through my stay. Also the elevators took too long during peek times of course due to one side of elevators broken but once it got fixed it was good. Will choose this place again when I come back.

Even on one if the busiest weekends in Chicago (st pattys day) the hotel staff and management handled everything wonderfully! The pool was warm, breakfast was kept full despite the sea of people there. Would definitely stay again!

The breakfast buffet was great with good selections, made to order eggs & delicious Seattle Best coffee. The staff was helpful and professional and we loved the happy hour between 5:30 and 7:30 PM with 2 complimentary drinks for adult, juices, soft drinks and snacks. The location is perfect! We will definitely stay here again!
