First room in the low part of the hotel was not great. The bed was comfy but it was very close to the ground and quite dark. We upgraded with the help of Jasmine for the last 4 nights of the stay and had a beautiful room.

The room was clean and every day they came to clean it it almost seemed mandatory the staff was kind of iffy not the ladies that clean the rooms they did a great job I would say the front desk guy was a little weird the girl that worked the restaurant was not the nicest
