No breakfast like they say you have to pay for your own breakfast. Nothing is free in there. The only thing they gave you ship sandwich, orange juice, same fruit every day.

Need to be more hospitable

Hotel did not want give more shower towels after letting them know that there were occupants in the room. They didn’t want to give an extra voucher either for the continental breakfast. They didn’t let you take any coffee nor food to your rooms from the breakfast area. Staff did not bother trying to accommodate in type of way or even tried to contact management for us.

It is important to note that Spanish speaking is essential or Google translate to interact with the staff. The room's carpet was dirty and stained with an odor. There was no fridge or microwave in the rooms so that should be noted. Washcloths are not available so bring your own. While the location is ideal for being in the city, the downside is the city noise will affect your sleep. Lastly the bed was so uncomfortable and hard, my hips are still complaining.

El area comun del quinto piso tenia cubierto con sabanas la alfombra, asi fue durante los 4 dias de estancia, pense era por remodelación o algo parecido, nunca vi nadie trabajando, daba mal aspecto

Pesimo servicio, se les informo que acudia con una persona discapacitada y no se me informo que no servia el elevador, duramos 2 dias asi, despues del tercero nos dejaban subir por elevador de servicio y el guardia de segurida llamado Rigoberto fue muy grocero conmigo y con la persona discapacitada, deje tambien mi queja en el hotel espero y tomen medidas, supongo no se nos aviso porque no iban a querer reubicarnos. estoy muy molesta con la situacion que pasamos

Bien pero puede ser mejor

El personal es excelente, y se ve muy bien en general por fuera. Algo a destacar es que aunque nunca respondieron mi correo sobre alguien más adelantarse para el check in, lo hicieron posible. No me gustó que cobren el estacionamiento por día. La habitación tenía un enchufe con falso, el baño no cerraba bien la ventana. aunque la gente en el restaurante muy bien el desayuno fue un sándwich, es decir dejo que desear para ser tipo americano. El internet es una red confusa y falla mucho. Esta cuidado y bonito para ser de muchos años, pero se puede mejorar en muchos aspectos Gracias

Hotel was nice location great, the food need a bit more attention specially when you order eggs, I order over easy eggs, I couldn’t eaten, they look like volcano crater bubbles all over I don’t know how they cooked but it was bad, I’m sorry to tell you but I will definitely will come back and stay with you guys again or recommend to any one, thank you for having me and my wife.
