How wonderful! Sofitel never disappoints from arrival with super easy check in and champagne on arrival, too comfortable rooms and great facilities. Buffet breakfast was amazing! And the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Perfect location with park and so many restaurants nearby. The Tram is close and the beach a block away. We are already planning a return trip.

The staff were so helpful, I made a mistake on the parking but they sorted it out and then gave me an upgrade. A big room overlooking the pool area and the hotel is convenient to everything including the beach, casino and great shopping.

The hotel room was beautiful, with lovely views of the ocean. The buffet breakfast was amazing, serving wonderful produce and coffees. The pool area was very relaxing, it was so nice ordering food and drink from our pool recliners. A great place to stay. We have been here twice vefore and return in the future.

6/10 Good

Hotel is very nice and clean, beds are awesome with Pillows that I can't find in shops, we had a sea view room, which was well worth it. But for some reason the room had no heating option, and with 14 deg evenings in Winter this was on the borderline of comfort.

The rooms were a good size , would have loved queen beds instead of double beds. It was a good hotel for the price but could do with a refresh.

Great service from the staff, room/bathroom is a little dated but both were big and clean, great location with shops, supermarket and cafes right next door and one block walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again
