Even though the hotel is due for an upgrade renovation, the place was secure, quite and peaceful and location was great. The beds was comfy, clean. Upon arriving we were shocked at the lack of customer service provided by the staff member at the reception desk. We were not greeted with a pleased to see you attitude welcome to our resort. We asked for a trolley for our luggage to take to our room and was told with a shrug don't know where there is one. In our room it was obvious the room needed to be renovated....eg: rust around the bottom of the glass shower screen. Our room did not have a toaster and no provision to even make a light snack. On the pleasant side the view from our room was lovely and looked to the marina etc. We would give this complex a 2star rating and on the whole was a huge disappointment to us both. We will not come back again and not encourage our family or friends to stay at the complex.
