Rooms were not worth the price. Cant even see out the windows they are so high up. No chairs to sit on. Freezing in the halls. Food ok just expensive! Employees were nice.

Had an excellent stay at the Gwen. Great location, very modern and clean, comfy bed, outdoor terrace was a plus. Cool vibe all around. Loved that the bathroom had a big tub separate from a walk in shower. It was very quiet at night. No complaints what so ever.

For our first time stay we had a wonderful time. You can’t beat the location, it was so easy to get to Magnificent Mike, River North and Gold Coast. Easy parking and nice, attentive staff.
