We always enjoy our stay at the Bourbon Orleans. The lobby is beautiful as are the rooms. You always feel safe as you have to have a room key to get up the elevator. It is a great location for walking to bourbon street and the Frenchman area. This is our go to hotel when visiting New Orleans!

Loved our stay here. Incredible location. The pool is gorgeous. The rooms are well maintained. You cannot hear a lot of outside noise, BUT you can hear other patrons through the walls and doors. This is a very old building, so please have patience and keep that in mind. We recommend earplugs or a noise machine if you are a light sleeper. Overall, this was such a lovely experience.

The Bourbon Orleans is located in the heart of the French Quarter. Despite this, it is worth noting that the hotel is quiet. The staff is very kind. The hotel is close to everything—including the river, which is very important to me since I enjoy running. It is situated near Canal Avenue, where you can catch a streetcar to go anywhere or find whatever you might need in the incredible city of New Orleans. Furthermore, the room is comfortable, well-maintained, and very clean.

Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. We pretty much walked everywhere in the French Quarter because it is so convenient. The staff was so friendly and always making checking to see if we needed anything. Rooms were clean and we slept so well every night. This place exemplifies hospitality!!! From the front desk, to the doorman, valet, bartenders, and the gentleman assisting with holding our luggage when our room was not ready, thank you for making our visit to New Orleans great!
