Great stay in the Big Easy
Nice hotel in a great location. I was in town for the bourbon festival and this was a great location for all of the events and the hotel was nicer than the host hotel that I have stayed in several times before. Hotel was clean and in good condition. All of the staff that I had contact with was friendly and very helpful. No issue arriving way before check in and getting my room. You are right across the street from the casino and about a ten minute walk to Bourbon Street. I will definitely be back to this hotel on future trips to New Orleans.

Disappointing stay.
Be sure to check the pull out sofas for remnants of past guests. The sheets were soiled and there were beads and other trash left behind. I also suggest double bolting the doors from the inside. Someone opened the door while my son and I were inside around 6:30pm. The person never announced who they were and left quickly after realizing we were there.

All Around EXCELLENT!!
Our stay, 3-nights, was wonderful! I've noticed customer service declining since Covid in most industries, but not here! Guest relations and customer service was top-notch! We were greeted every single time we walked through the lobby. The bartenders were friendly, easy-going, and provided exceptional care while we ate and drank at the bar. The beds were super comfy! And best of all---we were less than 15 minutes walking to everything! Perfect location! I would be more than happy to stay here again!

Did not even stay- hotel over booked us after already paying for room and then they did not help get us anywhere else. In the middle of Mardi Gras they offered us a hotel for an extra 1500 dollars on top of the 800 dollars we were already paying for their mistake. Finally found another hotel at 1am. Will not return to this Marriott property.
