Staff was great! Definitely one of the best options in SA.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff and valet were top-notch, and the shuttle service was super convenient for getting around town. The pool and views were amazing. Upgrading to the top-floor adults-only level was totally worth it—the exclusive lounge with daily snacks and complimentary drinks made the trip extra special. The room itself had a few small flaws—a firm mattress, no bathroom vent fan, and a weak shower head—but the outstanding service and amenities far outweighed those details. We’d gladly stay here again!

the bacon was undercooked on my room service breakfast. The Adult Pool Hot tub lining is very rough and uncomfortable to set in. The snacks at the one of the restaurants were underwhelming. The Hotel staff were great, rooms very nice, Adult Infinity Pool Great, grounds were beautiful.

Junior Suite was perfect with the pool view. Always enjoy dining at the hotel, ordering room service or a quick shuttle ride to La Cantera shopping center where you'll find a little bit of everything. It's my go-to hotel anytime I visit San Antonio

Last minute stay, excellent grounds, customer service, and rooms were quiet and clean. A little confusing to navigate the resort at first but figured it out with a little help. The pools are excellent…open at 7am with exceptional hill country sunrise views…. The slides are geared more towards the younger kiddos (12 and younger) but there are 3 other pools that are incredible (including adults only). There is self parking but you still pay $30. Beautiful resort close to UTSA, Six Flags, and La Cantera Shops.

The property is grand and spacious, the room is big and open. My only downside was the tv remote didn’t work and when we called it in maintenance said it was the actual tv and there is nothing he can do so we were stuck without a tv for the duration of our stay, Second downfall the shower wasn’t cleaned properly and had dark Long hair on the shower floor and walls, Besides that our stay was comfortable.

This was our 5th year for our annual girls trip. We absolutely love it here. Everyone is so kind and happy to help. Resort is spotless. My only complaint was we asked for more towels for the pool area and were told we can only have 1 even though there were 50 folded towels available. If it’s a problem i have a solution.. get bigger towels!! Also, maybe have someone washing them throughout the day.

Our stay over July 4th weekend was nice, lovely resort, nice rooms, pretty lobby and grounds. The fireworks show was SPECTACULAR! Very well done! The one area that could use improvement is the pool staff-they were not very attentive at all-most people had to go to the bar to order drinks/food. They do put flags on each set of chairs that you can raise when you need something but those were basically ignored. Everything else was great-also a shuttle service to the shops at La Cantera where there are tons of stores and restaurants!
