Well definitely stay at this hotel again!
This hotel is in the perfect location of Mexico City. We were there to meet friends for Mexico City’s gay pride celebrations and we were only a block from all of the festivities. The area was perfect for night clubs restaurants and historical monuments. It’s not too far from several tourist attractions. The service at the hotel was fantastic!

Nice hotel but some rooms have very hard beds.
This is a great luxury hotel in Zona Rosa in Mexico in a very commercial area and very close to Reforma street and The Angel of Independence as well as the US Embassy. Service was great for the hotel and the room was very nice with a remote view of El Angel. Plenty of hot water and everything worked great. My only complain is the bed. It was very hard (and I mean very hard) and I could not sleep. We returned 1 week later and asked for mats, but it turns out we rented two double rooms, and in one room both bets were soft and in the other we had one and one, and didn't need the tops. I guess it is all about how lucky you are when you get a soft or hard bed. We had some food in the smaller restaurant on site. It took about 40 minutes to bring the food (after educating the waiter on what is vegetarian) and it was very cold. We complained, but we only got an apology and the chance to reheat our food, but it was time to go. I will avoid this restaurant in the future, but I will come back to the hotel. Overall a good stay.

Nos happy
I booked and paid for a room with a king sized bed. And when we got to the room we saw it wasn’t what we booked. So we called the front desk and the girl told us that they didn’t have room with king size beds and the we have gotten and”upgrade “ to the executive level. Which she NEVER told us. The room was very very small. And the bathroom was as small as the room (1001) and the water from the shower instead of running to the drain it ran the other way and it flooded the bathroom and into the room carpet. Definitely not what we expected. And I have stayed in this hotel for quite sometime. Unfortunately this might me the last time I eve stay here.
