Genuine luxury from start to finish, a warm welcome, comfortable room with excellent bed and a stunning shower. My only negative point would be the food in the restaurant was very over-priced, whilst a great standard, none the less a plate of sourdough bread with sea salt and butter was I think £7.99. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I will staying there again first opportunity I can.

Amazing hotel. Stunning location, view, area - anything that could be said was positive. The breakfast was top class and I stay in a lot of hotels, but this was something else. We only stayed one night, but honestly very impressed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We honestly couldn’t find any faut at all. In particular Jessica and Josh in the bar were brilliant, the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming, in no small part due to them. This was the first time we visited the Avon Gorge, but we are already planning an expedition to longer visit in the near future.
