Loved this hotel. My husband and I stopped in for one night while hopping a cruise to Alaska. Got the shuttle from the airport and it was awesome, very nice fellow, and very easy! Check-in was a breeze with a very kind man named Ahmed. The room was comfortable and spacious with a good bed. I recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed, pillows, and comforter were especially comfortable! We got some amazing and much-needed rest because of this. The pool area is interesting. There is a neat single tube slide into the indoor pool that is full-sized. The hot tub was spacious, but put out like-warm water. There is an outdoor pool we did not try to use that looked like fun in the summer if it gets hot enough.

We had to wait 30 min after check in time before room was ready/cleaned. Found a couple creatures in our room we stayed in just one night. A large spider an hour into our stay and then a mouse running around an hour before we checked out. We stayed in the one of the suites on the Provincial tower.
