10/10 Exceptional

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Derby Barcelona with my elderly parents. The staff were very friendly and accommodating . The family room did not have a kettle, however on request I was given a kettle. Much appreciated! Room and bathroom were neat and tidy. Water pressure was excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet street. So it was very peaceful at night. Choice of restaurant nearby was very good. A few supermarkets too nearby . Overall me and my parents had a wonderful stay .

All good. Pool and gym are very small and across the road but they do the job- as long as you have them to yourself. Staff are lovely, place is kept v clean, couple of good restaurants nearby and supermarkets

We did not avail the breakfast, front desk staff's are great, very accommodating and speaks English (which is a plus), the room we are book are excellent -we did not anticipate a patio, that is a plus. Clean rooms, and well maintained property. The only thing is, it is far from the city of Barcelona, subway is not that far anyways, the hotel is in Eixample, very safe place.

Excellent hotel at a good price.

We were very happy with our five night stay at Hotel Derby. The hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable, and had an excellent staff. The staff gave us useful tourist information and they resolved several special requests. I particularly appreciate the 24-hour receptionists who helped us get a taxi to the airport at 3:00 AM.

This hotel is amazing for a short stay in Barcelona. It’s easy to get to anywhere with public transport. The only down side I could say is there are road works outside and in the morning it to noisy.

Nice hotel, but needs an update! It has everything you need but feels like old and not so clean... Very convenient, you can walk to restaurants and shopping malls.

A ok stay

Old and small hotel. Cleaning and service was on point. But not comfortable at all. The gym is bad, in a cellar, with old machines and located in another building.

Very nice room, clean and friendly staff. Unfortunately it was warm in the room, the aircon was off because of the season.. i find it hard to believe that. Never been in a hotel before where u cant use the aircon.
