Great location and solid rooms. The pool is a little older and the happy hour starts a little later than other Embassy Suites, but still excellent value for the price. Make sure to leave plenty of time for breakfast since it’s very busy and not the easiest to navigate.

We loved the location of the hotel! The front desk and bag check staff were super friendly. The staff during the evening reception and breakfast were friendly and helpful! We loved the complimentary drinks munchies on the evening and the breakfast was amazing! It’s the first hotel we have stayed in for years that came in and freshened up the room with clean towels coffee etc. what a treat! We will definitely book this hotel again next year when we come to Chicago!

Great place to stay! Pros: Staff was helpful and valet parking makes it easy. Rooms are very nice and there is a bedroom and living space separated by a door. Theres also a good workout room and made to order breakfast. Cons: Water pressure isn't great in the showers. Door to the hallway has a gap at the bottom, so you can hear the constant waterfall or people if you're sitting in there.
