We arrived at 11:30 pm and were very exhausted. The room was beautiful and very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs. We enjoyed the restaurant for breakfast, and it was delicious and the waitress was very accommodating. We were able to get a spot on Bienville which made it easy for us, and we were very excited not to have to walk far so late in the evening. Thank you all very much. We are from Hammond Louisiana and decided after a cancelled flight to stay in New Orleans and we were happy with the Hotel.

This was a beautiful hotel in the heart of the French Quarter. It was easy to walk everywhere, and was quiet even so close to Bourbon st. The staff were very helpful and overall was exactly the mix of old hotel charm (little interior gardens and spots to have your breakfast) and moden ameneties (valet parking, strong wifi)
