A very convenient downtown location within walking distance to some nice restaurants. Very spacious and comfortable room. My bed was a bit firmer than I prefer but the others in my room had no problem. The recommended white/brown noise is definitely needed to drown out street sounds even on the 6th floor. We arrived early on Thursday and we were able to check in with the help of the front desk. I didn’t get her name but she was super helpful getting us into a room. Our room was spacious and comfortable and clean. We had breakfast at the coffee shop downstairs and our bagels were excellent. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Cincinnati.

The entire stay was great. Valet staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious, the coffee shop and onsite bar were both very clean and welcoming. Morning coffee and nightly cocktails were well-crafted and fairly priced. We really appreciated the kindness of the bar staff, the conversation and attention to detail made for a wonderful end to our evening.
