Cleanliness of room was poor; check-in easy
We had great expectations with our stay here. We were only staying one night and were on a tight timeline during our brief stay. The valet and Kim at the front desk were extremely helpful during our check in process. What was not good, was the cleanliness of the room. There appeared to be stains on the closet doors, I’m not sure what from and then either mud or something that looked like mud, on the wall in the bathroom. We did not have time to report these issues during our stay but hope this feedback helps to resolve some of these issues in the future.

First of all, the staff here is EXCELLENT. Shoutout to Kelvin for a great check-in and continued great service throughout the weekend! All of the staff here are top-notch. We were welcomed each time we entered the hotel, assisted with food, drinks, and extra linens for the room as soon as we requested them, and were always greeted with kindness. We had an unexpected trip to Cleveland due to unfortunate circumstances and the staff here really made our lives much easier for the weekend. Additionally, the room was cozy and very clean. The housekeeping staff took great care of us and were also very kind. The valet service took great care of the car and we didn't have to wait any time to get in or out. Overall could not ask for better service, or a better place to stay. Hotel is in a very safe and walkable area. This is my 3rd recent visit to downtown CLE (from D.C.) and my first time at the Westin - I am sad that I did not stay at the Westin every time I was in town. I will be staying there from now on. Thank you for the great service!

The housekeeping manager is very rude to you if you ask her need anything the food downstairs that they provide and by the front desk I purchased and it made me sick so I called housekeeping and asked them to help with extra services and instead they decided to kick me out of the hotel not feeling well due to the fact that I was food poisoned they called the police they treat you they treat you very rude and disrespectful and it was very embarrassing and I was snowed in dude I canceled flight they they don’t care they put me out in the snow like in a city I don’t even know due to the fact that I had food poisoning and asked for assistance very unkind and no hard at all no compassion

I didn’t like how the front desk would talk about you when you would walk away I had got snowed in my flight was canceled I had to book the room I asked first service the house manager was very rude to me two days in a row and I was very polite I was their own business I had to leave to get an Uber to go to target to get more close due to the fact that I got stuck there and I could hear the Front desk talking saying oh she went to target I wonder why and then when I went to go and complain about the housekeeping manager to front desk when I walked away and came back they were talking about my situation like it was embarrassing and I was very uncomfortable and I didn’t like the way I was being treated especially for what I paid for the room very unprofessional manager
