The location was as we needed for our trip, the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms a little tired which else could live with but unfortunately we chose this particular hotel for the rooftop pool which is what stood out over the other local options and unfortunately it was green (with mould) and cloudy lacking treatment

It is a wonderful hotel, conveniently located in the downtown close to anything you want. I particularly wanted to praise the staff, especially Alfonso, Lara and Patricia who provided me with a valuable assistance since I had an unexpected medical emergency. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family and will use it for my future trip to Lisbon.

The hotel is in a lovely location looking over the avenue; having the metro, Aldi supermarket and lots of restaurants near by. There are also a selection of designer shops: Louis Vuitton, Gucci to name a few. The hotel is very nice. Rooms are a bit small but very pleasant and clean. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. The pool on the roof top isn’t that big but very nice to use after sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this hotel . If you would be using the metro, buses and No 28 tram, I would recommend getting the 3 day pass ,which we received at the train station, for around €17 each. Great value for money. Travelling with an uber to and from the airport is only under 30 mins and costs around €9.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were very accommodating in changing our room at check in (our original room was very dark directly facing a rundown building). The location is good if you need access to the tourist buses or high end shopping. Otherwise, it's about a 20 minute walk to Rua Augusta and Chiado. The carpet in the room had some stains in it from previous guests spilling coffee, and the bed was too soft for our liking, but the AC worked great and it was very comfortable temperature for sleeping.

I absolutely loved Turim Boulevard Hotel it’s truly a 5 star hotel! The location was perfect for me and my friends. We stayed in their 2 room family suite and it was perfect for 3 ladies! The staff was excellent as well and gave us great recommendations for breakfast, rooftops, local beers/ drinks also, directions on the metro. We stayed March 11-14 for reference.
