We are looking forward to return to this beautiful gem hotel. We had a super large extra clean room with a very comfortable king size bed. The extra friendly staff and servers gave us amazing service. The meals weren't cheap, but the experience and ambiance of fine dining made up for it (hey! this was our 30th anniversary we deserved it). The rating for this hotel is 4 stars, I think it is closer to 5 stars.

Was beautiful and comfortable room - a definite improvement from our usual pet-friendly stays. Shame that the staff seemed to be overwhelmed throughout our stay. The breakfast service was as so busy and long that we decided to have breakfast elsewhere - shame that they do not offer a continental buffet breakfast at the bar. At the restaurant and by the pool, orders were delayed (or lost in the kitchen) and staff was unable to address the gaps in service. We did enjoy a fantastic massage at the spa- shame that they do not focus on making the spa more of an experience

We had an excellent stay. When we arrived to our room we found a dog blanket and food/water bowls had been laid out for our pup! We enjoyed the lounge spaces and the space, and we loved playing games with delicious drinks from the bar. The restaurant was amazing, very creative menu and excellent wine pairing. Our dog loved the well groomed trails around the hotel. Will absolutely be back!

I absolutely love this place. It feels so homey and relaxing, and the overall atmosphere is beautiful. The food is delicious. Staff very nice and helpful. The only minor downsides on this visit were the shower pressure being (very) low and with a broken handheld showerhead, pillows that felt a bit oversized, and curtains that did not block the light quite enough. But none of that is reason enough to stay away. We plan to return many times. And I entirely recommend you try it!
