The property is older and a little dated but the location is amazing! The bed was very comfortable. Only 1 of the 2 elevators were working during our stay which was inconvenient. The room was mostly clean but upon close inspection parts of the room had not been vacuumed, like near baseboards and around the bed. All of the staff are wonderful! We had excellent service from the moment we got out of our car from the valet to the front desk clerks, especially Valda who went above and beyond to make sure my elderly mother was comfortable. She was truly outstanding!

The property is lovely, an old building in the heart of downtown. I absolutely loved this place a little old hotel with lots of charm. Some areas need some TLC but the staff was amazing and you really can’t beat the location. We were in town for one night, stayed here and would definitely stay again. Large spacious rooms with either a large shower or extra large bathtub.

The location is great and staff was nice (the few who spoke English). The room was clean but the refrigerator didn’t work, the AC wasn’t working in our room, the door to the Juliet balcony wasn’t opening and our TV wasn’t working and then to top it off, the coffee machine in the lobby was broken. When I stay at a hotel I expect everything to be working or switch rooms. The grounds were clean but nowhere was there a trash can!
