Everything about the resort was very nice and clean. The beds were good and the property restaurants were good. The only bad thing were the elevators. Almost always packed and sometimes you had to wait through 2 cycles to get where you needed to go. We stayed in the Rainbow tower.

The pools, were amazing, we might have tested everyone especially the ones with slides! We also very much enjoyed the lagoon and being so close to the beach! The rooms were very clean, Ophelia, who was in charge or our area was amazing at making sure we always had what we needed in our room or when we needed cleaning later in the day. All rounded all the staff were friendly and helpful! And loved having so many stores nearby!
