It is a really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Highly recommended! However, do skip breakfast - it is dissatisfying compared to the quality of the hotel and you can have way better value elsewhere.

Wonderful location and a great room with a terrace. Lighting in the room is not good at night, but the bed, the quiet and the location make up for all that’s missing. We would stay again!

8/10 Very good

The location is great, easy to get around, lots of restaurants , very close to trains. It is a step below 5 star. I didn’t eat there so can’t comment- too many options nearby

Loved this hotel! So convenient for our arrival by train and very welcoming and helpful front desk staff. The room was spacious and very clean with great amenities. We would book this again very happily.

8/10 Very good

The positives were great location, friendly staff, nice happy hour, lively bar, quiet room, and great boat tour (Tony was the best!). Negatives would be poor lighting, not much shelf space in the bathroom, not the easiest AC to navigate (instructions at check in would be helpful), and 33 Euros for breakfast seems pretty high (we opted out). Overall, my rating would be closer to 4.5 if didn't have to round down or up.

Well located and very quiet and comfortable hotel. Having a restaurant and bar as part of the facility was partly why we chose the hotel. Staff very professional and friendly. We would stay here again if we visit Amsterdam again.
