We weren’t told it, but we must have got an upgrade as I think we paid a room rate for one of the rooms in the larger, more basic looking complex on the hillside. I think the renovation works were delayed and we ended up in the newer ‘club’ rooms around the pool, which was very welcome. Looking at the hillside complex, it looked quite cramped up there! "I had a great time here with my family. We had adjoining rooms right across the pool. Great location close to everything. Loved walking the beach in the morning. All inclusive was amazing, food and drinks were great! Wish they had a little bit more entertainment going on like live music and dancing. Tubs were a bit to tall for this 4’10 girl lol"

Also they covered their air conditioner vents with tape - we only discovered it after 2 hot nights. How cheap!! Removed them and was finally able to sleep in comfort. "

We especially liked our lovely "meet and greet" person! We forget her name in Spanish but I believe she said it was Claire in English (but much more beautiful in Spanish...Kierra?) and she's from the Canary Islands. Just a truly genuine and kind person. "
