We had a leak in the window of the room, maintenance came in promptly and repaired it so we didn’t have to move rooms. The next day we noticed that the floor in front of the window was soaked, like foot drenched. Notified the front desk and they moved us into a king suite for the troubles. Would 100% stay here again. Bryan from maintenance was so helpful and very nice. Very friendly as well.

The staff could not have been better. The disappointing part of the stay is that we book the hotel for the waterslide and pool. Slide normally only open on the weekends but was broken. Pool was full of kids doing swimming lessons in the evening so hard to use. Positives. The kids pool is nice and warm and the kids love it. Also the staff did listen to our disappointment and kudos to them they called all the incoming people with kids to let them know the slide was closed.

We traveled as a family to visit family and were so appreciative that they let us check in early. We would have been happy to wait longer if it meant our room had been more thoroughly cleaned. There were towels behind the chair in our room, writing on the mirror, the air unit had a broken cover on it and there were large trash items on the floor upon checkin. The staff was great and the hotel was comfortable and quiet.
