"Our stay was fine. The rooms were clean, stay was friendly. The weekend rates are steep for the quality of hotel this is. Rates are comparable to holiday inn, which is across the street, but the quaily of comfortable is not comparable. "

"Needed a one night stay and it worked out perfect. It would’ve been ok for a second night too but didn’t need it. Starbucks within walking distance. The hotel has no elevator! So be prepared to carry everything up the stairs"

"I had no business being at this hotel. It was not for a woman who was by herself. I was very uncomfortable. I will be going to the area for the next four years, but not back to Red Roof."

"Room was great. Staff was great. Only issue is the room key and door key scanner was not working properly. Had to replace multiple keys multiple times."

"The stay was okay. The toilet seat was broke and the water in the toilet was running. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. I just think the hotel can use some upgrades. Also, there is no elevator. "

"Staff was VERY nice and easy to talk to/deal with including the manager who was there in the day when I checked in.
Honestly, my ONLY problem was with the dampness in both the hallway and the room. They need dehumidifiers at least on the main floor. The bed was really comfortable and I'm not a good sleeper - when I fell asleep, I slept REALLY well."

"The overall room was okay for the price. But the breakfast wasn't a true breakfast. They have a picture of a wonderful strawberry dessert that they don't serve. There were also no vending machines to get food or water on the property."

"This is a very nice historic inn. We stayed in room 6 which was exactly as advertised. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and was cooked to order. Lastly the attached pub was a nice perk and enjoyable. My girlfriend has already said that we will still here again the next time we are in the area."

"An easy walk to the pink lot to pick up the walking trail to the concert venue. On site restaurant is a little pricey, but worth every penny. Seriously. Nice upgrades to the hotel. "
"First off, all staff was very friendly and nice. Always there to help and assist. The rooms, pool, and common areas all super clean. Very close to the mall and surrounding restaurants making it the perfect spot to stay. Loved the GF options for food as someone with celiac disease many hotels I have stayed at do not offer GF so that was a huge plus! We will be staying here again and its pet friendly !!! One of my hotel favorites for me and my daughter. !!"
"it was a great stay we love the indoor and outdoor pool and the hotel accommodations were great! Thank you so much. Keep up the good work. The only I wouldn’t say bad thing, but maybe annoying thing was that our key card had some issues in the morning. Other than that, it was a great day thank you."
"We planned a family trip and thought it would be easier to stay at a hotel instead of having so many family members in one household. I am so pleased that we did so, even though it was an additional expense it was worth every penny. The kids had a blast swimming, they enjoyed telling the staff members about their day, and receiving a positive response back. Most important having breakfast for free (12 and under eat for breakfast free with a coupon the Holiday Inn provided us).The kids thought that was the best ever and they had several options to choose from, they loved the scrammed eggs with cheese.
The room was very clean, the service was amazing, the staff was always helpful and acknowledged us every time we walked through or out of the door whether it was to welcome us or to tell us to have a great day. All around best experience ever. I am very happy we chose the Holiday Inn for our trip to Tennessee as well. Can't wait till September.
A humongous thank you to all the staff members for making our trip a memorable one. Warm welcomes always make any trip an amazing trip. "
"Stayed in a one bedroom suite with my partner and two teenage daughters. The hotel location is very close to Ithaca, Cornell University, Ithaca Falls and so many other scenic areas. I also love how there was a free buffet breakfast included in the room rate. The breakfast station attendee, Tanisha, was fantastic and she made sure the food was refilled quickly and the coffee was hot and fresh. All of the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly! The hot tub was lovely but the pool water was looking a bit green so we decided not to use it. The room we stayed in could definitely be updated and refreshed, with a deep clean as well. "
"This is our 4th year staying at the Parkview for the Syracuse Arts Festival. It is within walking distance to our booth site downtown and allows us to bring our dog. It is an older property but we just love the beautiful touches, such as the Tiffany glass in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. This is the first year the hotel offered breakfast, which was a typical variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The staff has always been so very warm and friendly. There are several great restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as it is on the outskirts of the University csmpus. It is an excellent property and very reasonably priced. "

"Thank you to the young man who checked me upon arrival he was very welcoming, informative and overall professional. Sorry, I cannot remember his name but he was very accommodating!"
"We were only there for ten hours but had an enjoyable stay. Check in was breeze and the staff was great throughout. The room wasn't huge but it was big enough. Everything was clean. It wasn't a large breakfast but it fit the bill. The hotel has a restaurant and a pub but did not have time to go to either. We had been to the town several times so we did not do any walking but everything is close by. The price fit into our budget."
"We were there overnight for a concert in Syracuse. Clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Hotel overall was very clean and quiet. "
Residence Inn by Marriott Syracuse Downtown at Armory Square

"Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Walk to downtown is easy, Uber to Lakeview for a concert. Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided. "
"The history and art in this house is amazing. Our suite was huge, beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. The owners were kind, knowledgeable and accommodating."
